A first-hand PS5 review
Gareth Chadwick’s TheSixthAxis review, published on 29 September 2026, scores the PS5 version 8/10. He found the transport planning rewarding and the game accessible despite its complexity. He also describes cumbersome controller menus and a tutorial that stopped during his playthrough.
Why one headline score is not enough
A critic aggregate summarizes a set of published reviews; a user score reflects the people who chose to submit ratings. Neither is a hardware benchmark or an unbiased survey of every owner. The PC user sample above is small, and its score should not be substituted for the PS5 critic result.
Read the concrete criticism: platform, menu workflow, map size, hardware and build matter. A launch review may describe a problem touched by a later patch, but a patch announcement does not prove that every reviewer’s complaint has been resolved.
