Give people enough context to help

  • Game version, platform/store, and the date the issue occurred.
  • Map size and active mods; hardware details when asking about PC performance.
  • The exact message and a screenshot of the relevant line, station or demand.
  • What you expected, what happened, and one change you have already tried.
Evidence note

Keep passwords, activation keys and personal account information out of public posts.

Turn a community suggestion into a check

Compare the suggestion with the official manual or known-issues page. Make a separate save before changing a working network or mod setup, change one thing, and observe a full cycle. A popular comment is useful evidence of one player’s experience; it is not proof that every save behaves the same.

Use reviews and discussions for different questions

Player impressions can help you identify a workflow to investigate, while reviews provide a named author and tested platform. Use both with their dates. For release dates, supported stores and documented controls, return to developer or platform material.
