What about Cheat Engine?
No TF3 Cheat Engine table or trainer version has been verified for this guide. If your goal is a larger balance or unrestricted building, the documented in-game options already address it. An old TF2 table is not compatibility evidence for TF3.
For economy-enabled play, keep an ordinary save alongside the sandbox experiment so you can compare a route under its original constraints.
