- Compare with the store requirements rather than the model’s marketing name.
- Check available SSD space and update the game through the store.

Check the store’s build
The PC notes cover Windows, macOS and Linux: Stable 40423 is dated 22 October, and 40425 is explicitly labeled Steam (24 October). Its documented fix concerns RTX 50xx GPUs with GeForce 621.01, not a Mac-specific issue. Preview now matches Stable. Check your store’s installed build; the notes do not date 40425 for Epic or GOG.
